This 3-story addition adjoins existing buildings that were constructed in 1976 and a wing added in 1987. The addition carries forward the same exterior design of cut stone wall panels and bands of aluminum framed window walls at each floor. The new lobby area is constructed of aluminum framed curtain walls that slope outward and a curved standing seam metal roof system. The existing buildings are fully operational and with the new addition there is also a complete upgrade/change over of the heating and cooling system. These, along with all major construction operations, needed to be done with no impact on the day to day operations.
